The city of Woodand, Washington is located both in Clark County, Washington & Cowlitz County, Washington on I-5 about 20 minutes north of Vancouver, Washington.

With the salmon producing Lewis River running through, it is a smaller but growing community, It has the distinction of being an access point, Hwy 503, for much of the recreational and viewing opportunities in the Southwest corner of the State of Washington. This includes Mount St. Helens and a number of fine lakes and forests.
