Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays
from Me & Santa Claus to You...

This time of year has traditionally been a time for family, friends, community, joy, personal reflection and contemplation with a bit of wonderment and frivolity thrown in for good measure. The real gift is in the giving. This site is for all people that enjoy the spirit of the season no matter their backgrounds. I hope that it brings a smile, answers some questions and stirs your heart. Whatever your beliefs or biases, please leave them at the door when entering here.  If it's not to your liking then please leave with my best wishes to you and your family for a great season and better new year. My personal belief is that this season should and does exist because we've always needed it, no matter what it's called or in what way it's practiced. Please just enjoy it in your own special way and allow other's to do the same...

As you can see, Santa is a close personal friend of mine and has been for many years.

Here you see Santa Claus  entertaining a delightful youngster at one of his many stops this time of year. He enjoys and delights in the innocence and wonder of children and the power to stir their imaginations.

I was once asked if Santa Claus was real. "Well", I said, "He's as real as you want or need him to be..." He's a creation of Christmas magic & wonder for young at heart in all of us.

Oh yeah, the beard is real... I pulled it...

You better watch out, you better not cry,

He see´s you when you´re sleeping and knows when you´re awake,

Recipe for Santa´s favorite, Milk and Cookies:

1 ea. -  8oz glass (minimum, going up & down chimney's is thirsty work!!!!)

1 ea. -  Plate or saucer

8 oz. -  Milk, preferably whole (he didn´t get his 'bowl full of jelly' on skim...)

6 ea. -  Cookies, the sugarier the better (minimum!!!) (for reason, see Milk...)

This MUST be done by the kids with parental supervision of course!!!
Kids, on Christmas Eve, just before going to bed, pour the milk into the glass and place cookies on the plate. Put them both in a place where Santa can find them easily. A card to thank him is always a nice touch.

Lyrics to "Oh Christmas Tree (Oh Tannenbaum":

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree,
Your branches green delight us.
They're green when summer days are bright:
They're green when winter snow is white.
O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree,
Your branches green delight us.

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree,
You give us so much pleasure!
How oft at Christmas tide the sight,
O green fir tree, gives us delight!
O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree,
You give us so much pleasure!
